I enjoy working at the Spiva Law Group Personal Injury Law Firm because we make a difference in peoples’ lives. We are the one light of hope in their lives when the circumstances around them seem to be getting worse. Sometimes depending on the incident our client was involved in, they even lose hope in their own fellow man. Our clients are dealing with situations where they feel as if everyone is against them and they are not getting clear answers from anyone. But we are the one place where they can come, get answers, advice, and most importantly a concerned ear to talk to.
I enjoy the relationship that we build with our clients throughout the course of their case. I believe we are a law firm who cares deeply about our clients and that is shown in the percentage of them that return in times of need, even when they know it is not our area of practice. Our clients are facing situations that they have never faced before and this can be a very scary situation. They are dealing with insurance companies, sometimes their own, who at times their ultimate interests are not with their insured, our client. I enjoy helping our clients in their time of need gain control over their lives. Once a client is injured they are in and out of hospitals, physical therapy, and doctors’ offices dealing with medical bills, health insurance companies, and the unknowns of their future. Whether it is structuring funds for their future needs or requesting that their medical providers reduce their medical bills so our client can net a reasonable amount it is very gratifying to know we made a difference.
At the end of the day I believe that our clients realize that they have a great team of attorneys and support staff on their side representing their best interests.
