Howard E. Spiva was named in Georgia Trend magazine's December 2011 edition of "Legal Elite" listing Georgia's top attorneys.
Of more than 34,000 lawyers licensed to practice in Georgia,330 attorneys were slected in eight practice areas. Howard was one of only 32 lawyers statewide named in the practice catagory of Personal Injury.
