If you have been injured on the job, the following information is to help you understand the benefits to which you may be entitled pursuant to the Georgia Workers' Compensation Law.

Immediately following an injury on-the-job, you should give notice of your accident to your Employer.

A thirty (30) day written notice is acceptable. A claim form, WC-14, must be filed within one (1) year of the accident at the State Board of Workers’ Compensation.

If it is not, you will be barred by the STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS.

I recommend and ask that you vote NO on the proposed Constitutional Amendment One that is on the ballot for the General Election November 2.
 
Georgia has a sordid track record of misleading voters about the real effect of constitutional amendments.  This is another bad example.
